HoloNavigation uses the instruments already familiar to surgeons from classical surgical techniques, enhancing them now with Mixed Reality images projected next to and onto the body of the patient.
Groundbreaking technology for a frictionless interaction
The surgeons remain in charge, as a frictionless interaction with the real world continues: The overlay of the Mixed Reality interface acts as a non-intrusive guide and decision-making assistant for the surgeons, taking care of not closing them off from patient interaction and feedback. All they need is a Mixed Reality headset device, with the HoloNavigation app installed, and trackers for the instruments.
